An established and growing Bridging & Development Finance lender is looking for a Portfolio Manager to oversee and manage a diverse loan book. Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing a portfolio of bridging and development loans.
2. Monitoring loan performance, repayments, and risk factors.
3. Liaising with borrowers, solicitors, and valuers to ensure smooth transactions.
4. Handling loan renewals, extensions, and restructures when required.
5. Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

1. Experience in bridging and/or development finance portfolio management.
2. Strong understanding of loan servicing, risk assessment, and asset management.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
