Job responsibilities:
- Strategic Development & Implementation: Design and lead an innovative individual giving strategy aimed at expanding our donor base and increasing revenue streams.
- Supporter Insight & Engagement: Leverage our CRM system (Beacon) to gain a deep understanding of our supporters, creating targeted and meaningful engagement opportunities.
- Donor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with individual donors, including high-net-worth individuals, ensuring they feel appreciated and closely connected to our mission.
- Campaign Leadership: Oversee compelling direct marketing initiatives, digital fundraising appeals, and social media campaigns that inspire action and drive donor conversion.
- Performance Analysis & Financial Oversight: Monitor and evaluate fundraising performance with precision, managing budgets effectively and delivering clear, insightful reporting.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and motivate a dedicated team, actively contributing to hands-on delivery to ensure we reach our collective goals.
