We are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic local organisation with its search for a Finance Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will need to have experience delivering on financial accounts and being able to cross collaborate with the wider organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues across the organisation, delivering timely, accurate, and relevant information to support the financial planning and performance.
- Overseeing the month-end processes, including reviewing and posting journals, managing the purchase and sales ledgers, making adjustments, and conducting balance sheet reconciliations.
- Collaborating with the team to prepare the monthly management accounts pack, including the P&L, cash flow statement, balance sheet, and other management reports.
- Partnering with budget holders throughout the budgeting and reforecasting process, ensuring adherence to an agreed timetable.
- Assisting in the execution of daily financial operations and processes, including the management of payroll.
About you:
- Qualified finance professional or working towards (advantageous).
- Experience leading on financial accounts.
- Ability to collaborate with the wider organisation.
