Mortgage Lead Coordinator & Referral Partner Executive

On Target Earnings (OTE): £50,000
Location: London – Liverpool Street
Hours: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and organised individual with previous experience in sales to join our growing mortgage advisory business based in Liverpool Street, London.
You will play a key role by booking qualified client meetings for our advisors and expanding our network of professional referral partners, such as estate agents, accountants, and solicitors.

Key Responsibilities

* Make between 75–150 outbound calls per day, alongside a similar volume of follow-up emails to leads and potential partners.

* Contact and qualify inbound mortgage enquiries, booking meetings directly into advisors’ calendars.

* Manage and nurture warm leads via structured call and email campaigns.

* Identify, approach, and build relationships with new professional referral partners.

* Attend networking events, industry meetups, and local meetings to build brand awareness and secure new referral opportunities.

* Maintain accurate records of all leads, calls, and partner activity using the CRM system.

* Regularly report on call volumes, meeting bookings, lead conversions, and partner acquisition.

* Collaborate closely with the advisor and marketing teams to optimise lead flow and communication processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

* Must have previous experience within the property industry/sales (e.g., estate agency, lettings, property finance, conveyancing, etc.).

* Confident and articulate communicator, especially over the phone.

* Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working towards activity-based targets.

* Strong relationship builder with a professional and resilient attitude.

* Familiarity with CRM systems and structured pipeline management.

* Energetic, proactive, and eager to be part of a fast-paced, growing team.
