You’ll be supported by experienced Paralegals who handle the day-to-day progression, enabling you to concentrate on the technical aspects of each transaction.
The Role:- Handling a manageable caseload of freehold leasehold sale and purchase files from instruction to completion
- Title checking, raising enquiries and reporting to clients
- Reviewing searches and mortgage offers
- Dealing with sale enquiries
- Managing exchange and completion
- Liaising with clients, solicitors and estate agents throughout
- Fully remote working
