The Role:

  • Assisting with a manageable caseload of freehold leasehold sale, purchase and remortgage files
  • Handling sale enquiries and supporting title checks (freehold essential; leasehold experience preferred)
  • Reviewing searches and mortgage offers and reporting on findings
  • Managing exchange and completion formalities
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and lenders throughout
  • Working closely with in-house designers and developers to improve legal tech tools
  • Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues for clients

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing

  • Confident title checking freehold files (leasehold experience advantageous)
  • Clear, jargon-free communication skills
  • Strong problem-solver with a proactive approach
  • Comfortable using a case management system
