If you’re a hard-working Paralegal with strong residential conveyancing experience and you’re looking for a collaborative, modern and supportive environment - this could be the perfect opportunity for you. The Role:
- Assisting with a manageable caseload of freehold leasehold sale, purchase and remortgage files
- Handling sale enquiries and supporting title checks (freehold essential; leasehold experience preferred)
- Reviewing searches and mortgage offers and reporting on findings
- Managing exchange and completion formalities
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and lenders throughout
- Working closely with in-house designers and developers to improve legal tech tools
- Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues for clients
