Stridden Limited are recruiting for experienced Demolition Operatives for a project in Oxford.
Location: Oxford
Duration: Initially 2–3 weeks, with the potential for a few months' ongoing work if further work is secured
Start: ASAP
Duties
- Carrying out general demolition and strip-out duties, including:
- Demolition and soft-strip works
- Removing fixtures, fittings and materials
- Site clearance and waste removal
- Using hand and power tools where competent
- Working safely in areas where appropriate RPE is required
- Following site RAMS and Health & Safety procedures
- General labouring and assisting the demolition team as required
Requirements
- Essential:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Valid Asbestos Awareness
- Face Fit Test
- Must have the correct mask/RPE that they have been face-fit tested for
- Previous demolition / strip-out experience
- Full PPE
- Reliable and able to work safely within a demolition environment
- Preferred:
- CCDO Card – highly desirable
- Previous experience working on commercial demolition projects
