Holiday: 4 weeks per annum, with additional days accrued through length of service
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm, depending on business requirements

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Recruitment Administrator to join our busy Northampton office.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing payroll and managing weekly timesheets
- Supporting recruitment consultants with candidate resourcing
- Answering calls and handling queries professionally
- Registering temporary workers and completing compliance paperwork
- Assisting with client bookings accurately and efficiently
- Supporting candidate placements, with a bonus scheme for every new starter you place
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment or a busy administrative role is desirable, but not essential
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to get stuck in
