An established, large independent brickwork contractor is seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to oversee standards across multiple live projects throughout the UK. With 19 live sites currently operating, this is a key senior role reporting directly to the Senior Management Team. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring all projects meet required quality benchmarks, compliance standards, and industry regulations.
The Role
- Visiting live sites (4 days per week) to carry out quality & compliance inspections
- 1 day per week office-based for reporting and administration
- Monitoring and documenting quality across all projects
- Identifying issues, implementing corrective actions, and monitoring improvements
- Producing clear, structured reports for senior management
- Working closely with site teams to maintain high workmanship standards
- Ensuring compliance with NHBC standards and fire stopping regulations
Requirements
- Time-served Bricklayer with relevant industry qualifications
- Strong understanding of brickwork quality standards and site processes
- In-depth knowledge of NHBC standards and fire stopping requirements
- Computer literate (confident with reporting systems, email, and documentation)
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
Package
- £45,000 – £50,000 per year
