Skilled Groundworkers & Concreters – Lincoln LN4 – Ongoing Commercial Work Stridden Limited are recruiting for experienced Skilled Groundworkers and Concreters for an ongoing commercial project in Lincoln, LN4. Location: Lincoln, LN4 Duration: Ongoing work Project: Commercial Start: ASAP Rate: Negotiable depending on experience Roles Available * Skilled Groundworkers * Experienced Concreters Duties Depending on experience and role, duties will include: * All aspects of groundworks * Drainage and ducting * Kerbing and edging * Foundations and preparation works * Concrete pours * Pouring, levelling and finishing concrete * Shuttering and associated concrete works * Working to levels and drawings * General associated groundworks on a busy commercial project Requirements Applicants must have: * Valid CSCS card * Strong previous experience as a Groundworker or Concreter * Proven experience working on commercial construction projects * Full PPE * Reliable transport to Lincoln, LN4 * Recent relevant references * Ability to commit to ongoing work BPSS / Criminal Record Requirement Due to the nature of the project, candidates will need to hold or be able to pass BPSS screening. Applicants must therefore have a clean criminal record suitable for the required security checks. Minor driving offences such as speeding do not apply to this requirement. Candidates should be prepared to provide the necessary information and documentation required for the BPSS process before starting.
