Stridden Limited are recruiting on behalf of an established Groundworks and Civils Contractor who are currently looking for an experienced CPCS/NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper Driver to join their team on a new site in Chesterfield.
Start Date: Monday 18th May 2026
Location: Chesterfield
Rate: £19-£20ph
Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Paid Hours: 8 hours per day
Job Type: Temporary
Duration: 2 weeks
Dumper Driver - The Role
The successful candidate will be working as part of a busy site team and will be responsible for safely operating a Forward Tipping Dumper on a construction site. You will also be required to jump out of the Dumper and muck in when needed. This role would suit someone who is experienced, reliable, safety-conscious and happy to muck in with the team when needed.

- Operating a Forward Tipping Dumper on site
- Working safely and efficiently as part of the site team
- Mucking In when needed
Dumper Driver - Requirements
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper ticket, preferably Blue Carded
- Full PPE including hi-vis, safety boots and hard hat
- Previous experience working on construction sites
- A reliable and proactive attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Availability to start on Monday 18th May 2026
- Ability to travel to site in Chesterfield
- Two references available on application
