CSCS Labourer needed in Chatteris.

Location: Chatteris

Rate: £17.00 per hour

Duration: 1 Year

Hours Paid per Day: 9 Hours

Job Type: Temporary

Stridden Limited are recruiting on behalf of an established contractor for an experienced CSCS Labourer to join a busy new-build housing development in Chatteris. This is a long-term opportunity with approximately 1 year's work available for the right candidate. We are specifically looking for someone with pre-plaster experience and a strong background working on new-build housing sites.

Key Duties

  • Carrying out pre-plaster labouring duties on new-build plots
  • Air testing and plot preparation (where required)
  • Sealing around windows, doors, and service penetrations
  • Foam filling, mastic work and preparing plots ready for plastering
  • Keeping plots clean, tidy and ready for inspections
  • Assisting site management and trades as required
  • Following all site health & safety procedures

Requirements

  • Valid CSCS Card (Essential)
  • Previous pre-plaster experience (Essential)
  • Extensive new-build housing experience (Essential)
  • Full PPE including Safety Boots and High Vis
  • Ability to provide at least 1 work reference
  • Reliable, hard-working and able to commute to site each day
