Stridden Limited are recruiting for an experienced CSCS Labourer with pre-plaster experience for long-term work on a residential housing development in Burwell, Cambridgeshire. This is a long-term opportunity for a hard-working, reliable individual with previous residential housing site experience.

Location: Burwell, Cambridgeshire

Rate: £17.00 per hour

Hours: 9 hours paid per day

Start Time: 7:30am daily

Duration: Long-term

Start: ASAP

Job Type: Temporary / CIS

The successful candidate will be working on a busy residential housing development, carrying out pre-plaster works alongside general labouring duties. Applicants must have previous pre-plaster experience and be confident working independently to ensure plots are properly prepared and ready for the following trades.

Key Duties:

  • Carrying out pre-plaster works
  • Preparing plots ahead of plastering
  • General snagging and preparation works
  • Keeping plots clean, tidy and ready for following trades
  • Moving materials around site
  • Assisting trades where required
  • General site labouring duties
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS Card – essential
  • Previous pre-plaster experience – essential
  • Residential housing site experience – essential
  • Hard-working, reliable and punctual
  • Able to consistently arrive on site for 7:30am
  • Own PPE
  • Full driving licence / own transport preferred due to the early daily start and reliability required
  • References for similar work

This is long-term work for the right person, so reliability, a good work ethic and consistent attendance are essential.
