Stridden Limited are recruiting on behalf of an established property maintenance and refurbishment contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Carpenter on a Temp to Perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business carrying out high-quality insurance reinstatement, renovation and refurbishment projects across domestic and commercial properties within approximately one hour of Burton Latimer.
Key Duties
- Carrying out all aspects of 2nd Fix Carpentry
- Hanging internal and external doors
- Fitting architraves, skirting boards, door frames and ironmongery
- Completing high-quality finishing carpentry
- Working on renovation and refurbishment projects
- Undertaking insurance repair and reinstatement works
- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Liaising professionally with site teams and customers
Requirements
- Blue CSCS Card Essential
- Proven experience as a Carpenter (references)
- Strong background in 2nd Fix Carpentry
- Experienced in hanging doors, fitting architraves and all finishing works
- Previous experience working on renovation and insurance reinstatement projects is advantageous
- Own tools essential
