Location: Lincoln, LN4 Duration: Ongoing work Project: Commercial Start: ASAP Rate: Negotiable depending on experience Roles Available * Skilled Groundworkers * Experienced Concreters Duties Depending on experience and role, duties will include: * All aspects of groundworks * Drainage and ducting * Kerbing and edging * Foundations and preparation works * Concrete pours * Pouring, levelling and finishing concrete * Shuttering and associated concrete works * Working to levels and drawings * General associated groundworks on a busy commercial project Requirements Applicants must have: * Valid CSCS card * Strong previous experience as a Groundworker or Concreter * Proven experience working on commercial construction projects * Full PPE * Reliable transport to Lincoln, LN4 * Recent relevant references * Ability to commit to ongoing work BPSS / Criminal Record Requirement Due to the nature of the project, candidates will need to hold or be able to pass BPSS screening.
