Stridden Limited are recruiting on behalf of an established property maintenance and refurbishment contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Painter / Multi Trader on a Temp to Perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business delivering high-quality insurance reinstatement, renovation and refurbishment projects across domestic and commercial properties within approximately one hour of Burton Latimer.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail and is confident carrying out painting and decorating alongside general multi-trade duties.
Key Duties
- Internal and external painting & decorating
- Preparing surfaces, filling, sanding and making good
- Emulsion, gloss and woodwork finishing
- Carrying out snagging and finishing works
- General multi-trade repairs and maintenance
- Working on renovation and refurbishment projects
- Completing insurance repair and reinstatement works
- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Liaising professionally with site teams and customers
Requirements
- Blue CSCS Card - Essential
- Proven experience as a Painter / Multi Trader
- Strong painting and decorating experience
- Ability to carry out general multi-trade works
- Previous experience working on renovation and insurance reinstatement projects preferred
- Own transport - Essential
- Own tools preferred
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
