Public Appointment Competition for 6 x Council Members to the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland (PSNI)

The Department of Health is seeking to appoint 6 Council Members ( 3 x Lay & 3 x Registrant) to the Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland (PSNI) . This is an exceptional opportunity to share your talents and expertise to make a positive difference to the lives of people in Northern Ireland. For this competition, applications from women are especially welcome as they are currently under-represented on the PSNI Council.

The Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland is the regulatory and professional body for pharmacists in Northern Ireland. It maintains a register of over 2800 pharmacists, 140 pre-registration trainees and over 550 pharmacy premises across the country.

Applicants for these positions must on their application form, and if invited for interview, meet the following essential criteria:Strategic Thinking, Corporate Governance and Accountability, Performance Management, Working Together.
