Who we are: Alpha Housing is a growing housing association and charity, providing quality, affordable social homes and support throughout Northern Ireland. We are dedicated to continuously improving our services to meet the evolving needs of tenants, as well as building beautiful homes that help set new standards.

What we do: Alpha currently manages a stock of 1,000 homes in 40 locations across Northern Ireland. Our homes are mainly sheltered housing, also known as ‘independent living’, for older people. However, we also provide an increasing number of family homes through our growing newbuild programme.

What we are looking for: We are keen to speak to people who have a range of skills and experience, including in social housing management, health and social care, legal practice, public relations and customer service. Successful candidates will receive a full induction and benefit from training and development opportunities to help you maximise your contribution as a Board or Committee Member.
