The Opportunity

Working as part of a collaborative People Development team, you will support the design and delivery of learning initiatives across a legal population, with a particular focus on early careers and junior professionals. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders, including lawyers and business services leaders, to ensure development programmes are aligned to both commercial objectives and career progression pathways. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to a wide range of learning activity, from programme management through to facilitation and continuous improvement.
