This varied role offers exposure across both experienced hire and early careers recruitment, alongside responsibility for onboarding programmes, internship coordination and recruitment administration.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate interviews and recruitment logistics for experienced hires.
Support the end-to-end graduate recruitment process, including candidate communications and assessment activities.
Organise onboarding and induction programmes for new joiners.
Coordinate internship and work experience programmes across international offices.
Liaise with HR, IT, Operations and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless candidate and employee experience.
Maintain recruitment databases, reporting and tracking systems.
Prepare documentation, process invoices and provide wider administrative support to the recruitment function.
Respond professionally to recruitment enquiries from candidates, agencies and internal stakeholders.
About You You'll ideally come from a law firm or another professional services organisation such as accounting, consulting or property, where you have supported recruitment, HR or talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment.
