- Executive Assistant to CEO (Managing Partner)

A leading international Law firm is looking for an experienced, highly organised and confident Executive Assistant to provide senior-level support to the CEO.
This is a high-profile role suited to someone who is proactive, discreet and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment.
You will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing complex priorities, stakeholders and schedules across multiple locations and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's complex diary, prioritising commitments and resolving scheduling conflicts proactively.
- Act as a key gatekeeper and first point of contact, handling confidential information and communications with discretion.
- Manage and prioritise the CEO's inbox, drafting responses and escalating matters where appropriate.
- Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare high-quality correspondence, presentations, reports and other executive documentation.
- Liaise confidently with senior stakeholders, clients and external contacts on behalf of the CEO.
- Support meetings, events and key business activities, ensuring all arrangements and materials are in place.
- Provide additional support to senior members of the leadership team as required.
- Assist with projects, business initiatives and ad hoc requests, using sound judgement and initiative.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information and documentation are managed effectively.
- Embrace new technology and digital tools to improve efficiency and ways of working.
- Client & Business Support
Alongside executive support, the role will provide occasional assistance with client-facing and business activities, including:
- Drafting and amending correspondence and documents.
- Coordinating client and internal meetings, including virtual conferences.
- Supporting the CEO with client communications and follow-up actions.
- Assisting with events and senior-level meetings.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure tasks and actions are completed efficiently.
About You
The successful candidate will have
- Significant experience supporting a CEO or Managing Partner of a Law firm.
- Previous experience within a professional services, legal or similarly high-pressure environment.
- Strong experience managing a busy and complex diary and inbox.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The confidence and professionalism to deal with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Strong judgement and the ability to handle highly confidential information.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently.
- The ability to manage competing priorities calmly and effectively.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Power Point.
- A flexible approach and willingness to work across different time zones when required.
The Role
- Monday to Friday, approximately 9.30am–5.30pm.
- Flexibility outside of core hours will occasionally be required.
- Hybrid working, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
