The Role
As Executive Assistant, you will provide seamless support to the CEO and Co Head of Advisory, managing complex international diaries, coordinating global travel, organising high-profile meetings and events, and acting as a trusted point of contact across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complex diary management across multiple international time zones
- Coordinating extensive global travel arrangements and itineraries
- Organising executive meetings, corporate events, lunches and dinners
