About the Role
An established and prestigious law firm is seeking a highly professional and organised Receptionist & Operations Assistant to join their team on a long-term temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a client-facing role while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy professional office environment.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering an exceptional level of service while assisting with a range of operational and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception & Front of House
- Meet and greet clients, visitors and suppliers in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately.
- Maintain meeting rooms, ensuring they are presented to a high standard.
- Coordinate visitor access, refreshments and hospitality requirements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, courier services and deliveries.
- Operations Support
- Assist with office administration and facilities management tasks.
- Coordinate office supplies and stationery orders.
- Support meeting room bookings and office scheduling.
- Liaise with external suppliers and contractors.
- Assist with health and safety, facilities and compliance administration.
- Provide general administrative support to legal and business support teams as required
