I am currently working on a Real Estate Paralegal role with a leading London Law firm to join their award winning team which is consistently ranked as one of the best in the city. The role is an exciting opportunity that would be working on a mixture of cases of both Commercial Property and High Value Residential Property cases so there would be real variety with this role. The team has a range of work from private individuals, companies, charities, private banks and high profile organisations and individuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support for the Commercial Property and the Residential Property Team
  • Performing Legal Research
  • Preparing and drafting documentation for execution by clients
  • Dealing with Stamp Duty Land Tax Forms and submissions
  • Collating documents for sending out Report on Titles
  • Assisting fee earners with documents to be signed by DocuSign

Requirements:

  • A law degree or other legal qualification, and a minimum of one year’s experience of working as a Paralegal in Property.
  • Strong technical skills with experience of using Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Familiarity with Land Registry, HMRC and search provider websites
