We are seeking a confident, client-focused and forward-thinking Personal Assistant and Operations Coordinator to provide high-level support to senior leaders in Facilities & Logistics and Client Services. This is a varied and dynamic role at the heart of a global organisation, offering the chance to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries across multiple time zones, resolving conflicts and optimising schedules
- Arrange international travel for senior leaders and global events, including conferences
- Process invoices and expenses, liaising with finance teams and tracking project costs
- Provide general PA support including presentations, document editing, call handling, and survey creation
- Act as the day-to-day contact for business travel queries, coordinating with travel agents
About You
- Strong academic background or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise across offices globally
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing complex tasks
- Experience in a professional services or legal environment is desirable
