I'm working with a highly regarded law firm looking for an experienced Secretary to join their Banking, Governance & Corporate team on a part-time, 1 year fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong legal secretarial experience who is looking for a part-time role within a professional, fast-paced and supportive team.

The role:

  • Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners.
  • Assisting with a broad range of duties including diary management, document production, correspondence, file management, billing support and general team coordination.

Key details:

  • Part-time: 3 days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
  • Location: London
  • Working pattern: Office based during the probationary period
  • Salary: £24,000 pro rata, based on £40,000 FTE
  • Contract: 1-year FTC

What we're looking for:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar secretarial role, ideally within corporate or a related legal practice area.
  • Organised, proactive and confident supporting busy fee earners.
  • Strong document skills are essential, along with confident touch typing ability. A typing speed of around 60 wpm would be ideal.
  • Reliable, polished and detail-focused who enjoys being part of a collaborative legal support team.
