A leading property development firm seeks an experienced PA to take on a 12 month FTC to support their Managing Director, with some additional support to the Finance Director. This role will suit someone with at least a few years of PA experience from a corporate business, who would love to be involved in running events, with strong MS package skills (particularly PowerPoint).
Salary: Up to £54,000
Hours: 8-5
- Provide comprehensive inbox and diary management support to the Managing Director, including responding on their behalf where appropriate.
- Manage complex and demanding schedules for both the Managing Director and Finance Director, ensuring efficient coordination of internal and external meetings, with consideration for travel time and preparation requirements.
- Ensure both directors are fully briefed ahead of meetings, preparing documentation and meeting packs as required.
- Draft and circulate meeting agendas in a timely manner.
- Proactively manage upwards to support adherence to deadlines and ensure timely delivery of outputs from senior management team members.
- Prepare, review, and edit presentations, memos, briefing materials, reports, and board documentation.
- Maintain and organise sensitive and confidential documents, reports, and presentations.
- Monitor and reconcile monthly expenses for both the Managing Director and Finance Director, including management of the Managing Director’s company credit card.
- Identify and escalate urgent matters requiring the attention of the Managing Director and Finance Director.
- Coordinate events, including the organisation of three large annual charity events.
- Arrange catering and refreshments for meetings as required.
- Demonstrate flexibility by supporting the Managing Director across multiple site locations as needed.
- Manage and maintain records of holidays and absences.
- Edit and produce the weekly newsletter.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
