My client is a professional, established financial services firm seeking an Operations Manager for a temporary assignment in their beautiful West End offices. This role is perfect for someone who has office management experience for a small to mid-size business implementing processes and dealing with external vendors. The role:
- Be the first point of contact for facilities and office management queries and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Liaising with external vendors for the business and streamlining them.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers.
- Coordinating employee onboarding & offboarding from an operations perspective.

- Proven office management experience within a small to mid-size business.
