A prestigious international professional services organisation is seeking an accomplished Senior Benefits & Wellbeing Lead to take ownership of its UK benefits and wellbeing offering while supporting employees in selected European locations.
This broad and influential role combines benefits leadership, operational delivery, employee wellbeing, absence management and data analysis. It would suit someone who enjoys taking full ownership of their area while remaining closely involved in day-to-day delivery.
You will join an established People function and work with senior leaders, HR colleagues, internal specialist teams and external providers. Although the position has no formal direct reports, you will oversee and guide colleagues responsible for routine benefits administration.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and enhance employee benefits, ensuring accurate delivery and appropriate governance
- Lead annual renewals, market reviews, benchmarking and provider negotiations
- Oversee benefit enrolment, membership updates, pensions and annual administration
- Resolve complex benefit queries and improve the service provided to employees
- Develop clear benefit communications, presentations and educational materials
- Evaluate new benefits, providers, systems and employee wellbeing initiatives
- Analyse benefits participation, expenditure, absence patterns and workforce trends
- Produce dashboards and management information for senior stakeholders

Essential experience
- Strong experience managing employee benefits in a complex organisation
- Sound understanding of UK pensions, benefits and relevant statutory requirements
- Experience of benefit renewals, benchmarking and supplier management
- Experience working with HR information or benefits administration systems
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication
