I am currently working with a leading Manchester Law firm who are looking for a Paralegal to come and join their leading Catastrophic Injury team. This is a team that is consistently ranked in the higher tier of the Legal 500 and also Chambers guide and are renowned for the progression and development opportunities that they are able to offer the Paralegals. They are looking for an experienced Paralegal with a background in personal injury, including catastrophic injury claims, to become part of their specialist team.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting witness statements
  • Attending conferences with counsel and experts and taking detailed notes
  • Preparing court documents and bundles
  • Obtaining, reviewing, and collating records
  • Reviewing medical reports and preparing instructions to medical experts and counsel

Experience Required:

  • Experience of Personal Injury work and Catastrophic/ Serious Injury claims will be essential
  • Strong academic Record
  • Ability to pro-actively prioritise and complete work to a high standard set by senior fee earners
