An Investment Advisory firm seeks an experienced Team Assistant / Team PA to join their Private Fund team. You will be part of a close-knit team providing support to a mix of MDs, EDs, VPs and Analysts.
Responsibilities:
- Diary management
- Global travel booking, sorting visas, other travel documents and preparing itineraries
- Expense management
- Working on documents across Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Organisation of conferences and events
- Printing / binding
