A prestigious US law firm with an outstanding reputation is seeking a sharp, proactive and highly organised Legal Secretary to support a busy Partner in a high performing funds team. You will provide administrative and secretarial support across a varied workload for the Head of Funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Coordinating in person and hybrid meetings
- Travel booking, itineraries and logistics
- Billing, invoices and expense reports
- Preparing, amending and formatting legal documents
- Liaising with clients, internal teams and external contacts
- Supporting business development and client engagement activities
- Maintaining confidential files and records
- Supporting ad hoc projects and wider team needs
You will ideally have:
- ~3 to 6 years’ experience as a Legal PA, Legal Secretary, Executive Assistant or Team Assistant
- ~ Experience supporting Partners, senior lawyers or senior executives
- ~ Solid MS Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- ~ Experience with billing, expenses and document management systems
- ~ The ability to juggle competing priorities in a busy environment
