Job Description
Real Estate Finance Legal Administrator
Location: London
Salary: up to £40,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent
Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day home
We are working with a highly regarded London law firm to recruit a Legal Administrator into its busy Real Estate Finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and collaborative firm, providing legal and administrative support to Partners and Lawyers on a range of property finance transactions.
The Role
- Land Registry searches and applications
- Completion and post-completion administration
- Managing requisitions and key deadlines
- Preparing completion statements, payment slips and billing
- Organising documents and Docu Sign processes
- Diary management and liaising with solicitors
- Filing, scanning and general transaction support
About You
- Minimum 1 year's experience within Commercial Real Estate or general Property
- Legal Administrator, Legal Secretary or similar support experience
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident managing deadlines
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Property-related Land Registry experience would be beneficial
