As the trusted right hand to the Managing Partner, you will provide seamless, high-level support, ensuring their practice and business commitments run efficiently.

Extensive diary and inbox management across multiple time zones.

Coordinating complex international travel, itineraries and logistics.

Preparing, formatting and amending legal documents and correspondence.

Managing expenses and billing processes.

Monitoring deadlines and prioritising competing demands.

Previous experience as a Legal PA or Executive Assistant within a leading law firm.

Experience supporting senior partners or C-suite executives is highly desirable.

Outstanding organisational and time management skills.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence working with legal systems.

Flexible, proactive and committed to delivering an exceptional level of support.

Salary up to £65,000 , depending on experience.
