This role plays a key part in supporting senior hiring activity, offering exposure to high-level stakeholder interaction and end to end recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing draft correspondence for senior level candidates
  • Coordinating interviews, including booking meeting rooms and virtual links
  • Liaising with candidates, agencies, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
  • Supporting scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense processing
  • Assisting with agency terms and candidate introduction tracking
