A well-established law firm based in the City of London is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The Role

  • Supporting fee earners and the wider department, the successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial assistance while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing, editing, and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and reports
  • Managing diaries, arranging meetings, and coordinating schedules for senior stakeholders
