Paralegal Assistant / Administrative Assistant - Part-Time
Location: City of London
Salary: Β£17,000 per annum (based on 2 days per week)
Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time
Working Pattern: 2 days per week, office-based
We are working with a leading international law firm to recruit a part-time Paralegal Assistant / Administrative Assistant to provide hands-on support to its legal teams.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a part-time position, working two days per week in the London office. There is flexibility around working hours on those days.
The Role
- Organising, numbering and managing legal documents
- Preparing files and signature packs for closings
- Compiling documents and assisting with document productions
- Physical and electronic filing, indexing and file maintenance
- Gathering documents and information for Paralegals and lawyers
- Assisting with filings, renewals and searches where required
- Supporting with general administrative tasks and ad hoc projects
About You
- Previous administrative, legal or professional services experience would be beneficial
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable undertaking document-heavy and filing-based work
- Reliable, proactive and happy working as part of a busy legal team
- Looking for a long-term, part-time opportunity
