A leading London-based law firm is looking for an experienced and highly organised Legal PA to join their busy and collaborative team. You’ll play a key role in keeping the team running smoothly, managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, preparing legal documentation, and building strong relationships across the business.

The Role
  • Extensive diary and inbox management
  • Coordinating meetings, travel, and client events
  • Preparing, formatting, and amending legal documents
  • Managing billing, expenses, and file administration
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams
  • Supporting fee earners with day-to-day organisation and priorities
About You
  • Previous experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary within a law firm
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Highly professional with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
