The Role
- Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll act as a true right hand to Partners—anticipating needs, managing priorities, and ensuring their day runs seamlessly.
- Providing 1:1 direct support to Partners and senior fee earners.
- Complex diary and inbox management across multiple time zones.
- Coordinating high-level meetings, travel, and client engagements.
- Preparing and formatting legal documentation and correspondence.
- Acting as a key liaison for clients, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
- Supporting billing, WIP management, and financial administration.
- Taking a proactive approach to improving processes and efficiency.
