The Opportunity

As a Legal PA, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of a fast-paced legal team, providing first-class support and acting as a trusted right-hand to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complex diary and inbox management
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments and client events
  • Preparing, formatting and amending legal documentation
  • Managing billing, expenses and client matter administration
  • Organising domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Liaising confidently with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Supporting business development and marketing activities
  • General administrative and team support duties

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Legal PA, Legal Secretary or Executive Assistant within a law firm
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
