Our client is a global, highly respected Law firm who are looking for an experienced Legal PA to join their Banking & Finance team on a permanent basis. This role will support 1 Partner, 1 Counsel and a team of Senior Associates.
An overview of the responsibilities of the PA:
- Diary management
- Inbox management
- Meeting coordination
- Global travel booking
- Organisation of conferences and events, client lunches/dinners
- File opening
- Billing (SAP)
- Use of Workflow and iManage
- Client intake administration (AML, client engagement letters)
- Document amendments (Word, PP and Excel)
- Liaison with courts
- Call handling and gate-keeping
Prior Legal PA/Legal Secretarial experience is essential.
