HR Manager/ People Manager
Location: London (2 Days in the Office / 3 Days from Home)
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Manager to join a high-performing HR team within a growing professional services organisation.
This is a broad generalist role supporting the UK business, with a strong focus on employee relations, manager coaching and delivering practical people solutions. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to support business performance, engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers and senior stakeholders on a range of HR matters.
- Provide advice across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance, absence and grievances.
- Coach managers on effective people management and development.
- Use people data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Support talent, succession planning and learning initiatives.
- Lead and contribute to HR projects and change initiatives.
- Promote an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture.
About You
- Proven experience in a generalist HR Manager or HR Business Partner role.
- Strong employee relations experience with confidence coaching managers.
- Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Commercially aware with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable using HR data to inform decisions.
- Highly organised, proactive and confident working independently.
- Immediate availability is preferred due to the urgency of the role.
