I am currently working with a leading US Law Firm who are looking to hire a Funds Paralegal for their market leading Asset Management team. This is a firm that has gone from strength to strength in the past couple of years with strong growth across a number of departments with headcount increasing rapidly in the London office. This is also a firm that places a strong emphasis on Paralegal progression with a number of Paralegals progressing onto Training Contracts in the past or progressing onto Associate roles through the SQE route after a period of time at the firm as a Paralegal.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing amendments to fund agreements/contracts;
  • Drafting fund related documents under supervision;
  • Reviewing subscription agreements for fund investments;
  • Preparing closing bibles;
  • Liaising with Attorneys and Paralegals in the New York Asset Management Group.

Requirements:

  • At least a year's experience as a Funds or Asset Management Paralegal - this is essential;
  • University degree at grade 2:1 or above;
  • Have a minimum of AAB at A-Level.
