A small yet rapidly growing finance business based in Mayfair seeks an experienced EA to support the CEO and CFO, with additional support to the wider leadership team.
The EA will be deeply involved in board processes, governance coordination, and legal/administrative matters.
Hours: 40 hours per week flexible based on business needs
Hybrid: 2 days in office
Location: Mayfair
Salary: up to 65k + bonus
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complex diaries for the CEO and CFO across multiple time zones
- Proactively coordinating travel, meetings, and external engagements
- Owning and maintaining the board and committee calendar
- Coordinating board packs, agendas, supporting materials, and approval processes
- Maintaining accurate, well-organised records in line with public company standards
- Reviewing and managing engagement letters, NDAs, and routine administrative contracts
- Liaising with external counsel on document execution, tracking, and renewals
- Applying strong attention to detail to documentation, with confidence operating independently
- Supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of offices globally
- Helping to establish, refine, and scale internal processes and workflows within a growing organisation
- Acting as a central organisational anchor for a geographically dispersed team
The ideal candidate:
- A minimum of 5 years EA level experience, supporting C-suite
- Experience in a Law firm or Investment firm
- Impeccable attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and juggle a varied workload
- Degree educated (desirable)
