Responsibilities
- Extensive diary management, scheduling meetings, calls, and events across international time zones.
- Organising complex travel arrangements, including visas, itineraries, and last-minute changes.
- Coordinating corporate entertainment and ensuring compliance approvals are in place.
- Managing expenses and invoices accurately using internal systems.
- Providing telephone coverage, handling confidential information, and supporting ad hoc projects.
- Updating CRM systems and formatting documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
