Strictly Recruitment is currently recruiting for an organized, creative and forwardâthinking Events Specialist to join a busy Londonâbased events function at a global law firm. This role sits at the heart of a fastâpaced environment, supporting the planning and delivery of a wide range of internal and clientâfacing events across the UK, EMEA and wider global network.
Working closely within the London events team, lawyers and business services colleagues, you will help shape and deliver highâquality events that support business development, client engagement and internal initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating inâperson and virtual events, including research, venue sourcing, supplier management and onâsite support.
- Managing communications, invitations, RSVPs, collateral, budgets and postâevent reporting.
- Supporting virtual event delivery and advising on best practice.
- Maintaining accurate data, managing venue memberships and overseeing billing and financial tracking.
- Building registration pages.
- Always acting as a professional ambassador for the organisation.
