Strictly Recruitment is seeking a proactive and detail‑driven Business Development Assistant to join a collaborative and forward‑thinking team at one of our key law firm clients. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the legal industry who is looking to build their career in BD, marketing, and client development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate client and company data within the CRM system, including managing lists and producing insight‑driven reports
  • Support BD Managers with client strategy by pulling activity reports and preparing supporting materials
  • Share social media content with internal groups to encourage engagement and visibility
  • Assist in the creation of newsletters, alerts, and internal communications
  • Coordinate and deliver events from planning through to execution, working closely with the Events team
  • Build strong working relationships across BD, Marketing, Partners, and lawyers

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence using CRM tools, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
  • Experience in BD, marketing, bids, or client care within professional services
  • A collaborative, energetic, and client‑focused approach
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
