An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Support Manager to join a leading law firm in London. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will lead and develop the Legal Support function, ensuring a high-quality service is delivered to Partners, fee earners and clients. You will manage a team of approximately 30 legal support professionals, working closely with HR and senior stakeholders across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and develop the Legal Support team, promoting a positive and high-performing culture.
- Oversee the delivery and quality of legal support services across the firm.
- Manage performance, appraisals, development and employee relations in partnership with HR.
- Build strong relationships with Partners, Heads of Department and key stakeholders.
- Oversee resource allocation, workload, recruitment and workforce planning.
- Identify and implement improvements to processes, service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Support change management and wider Business Services projects.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities.
