Job Description

A leading UK law firm is seeking a proactive and adaptable Legal Secretary & Workflow Coordinator to support its dynamic Corporate practice. This full-time role offers a hybrid working model, with office presence in Central London.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to 5-7 lovely Associates in the Corporate team.
  • Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and oversee inboxes during absences.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, ensuring adherence to house style.
  • Collaborate with and organise workflow for 3 EAs and 2 PAs to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate billing and compliance processes, including generating bills and managing expense claims.
  • Act as a professional point of contact, managing telephone calls and messages.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a legal secretarial and coordinator role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and a typing speed of at least 60 wpm.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing business needs.
