A prestigious US law firm with an outstanding reputation is seeking a sharp, proactive and highly organised Legal Secretary to support a busy Partner in a high performing funds team. You will provide administrative and secretarial support across a varied workload for the Head of Funds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complex diary and inbox management
  • Coordinating in person and hybrid meetings
  • Travel booking, itineraries and logistics
  • Billing, invoices and expense reports
  • Preparing, amending and formatting legal documents
  • Liaising with clients, internal teams and external contacts
  • Supporting business development and client engagement activities
  • Maintaining confidential files and records
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and wider team needs

You will ideally have:

  • ~3 to 6 years’ experience as a Legal PA, Legal Secretary, Executive Assistant or Team Assistant
  • ~ Experience supporting Partners, senior lawyers or senior executives
  • ~ Solid MS Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • ~ Experience with billing, expenses and document management systems
  • ~ The ability to juggle competing priorities in a busy environment
